As one of the few furniture manufacturers in China that operate our own melamine surface short-cycle press, we are able to produce boards that are molded at once under 200 degree celsius and 450 tons per square meter of high pressure.

This results in surfaces that are three times harder than ordinary paint, making them scratch-resistant, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, and highly durable. Our boards are so resilient that even when exposed to a lighter or cigarette butt, marks can be easily removable by soap solution.

In addition to unparalleled durability, radd furniture is designed with your health and safety in mind. All melamine urea formaldehyde boards used in our furniture are treated with antibacterial agents containing nano-silver ions. This creates an antibacterial protective layer on the surface of the melamine that can persistently inhibit and kill bacteria.

Our antibacterial rate is greater than 99.9%, and we can inhibit and kill harmful bacteria, such as Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Even after 5,000 wipes, the antibacterial rate remains greater than 99.9%. Nano-silver ions form an antibacterial fortress that self-releases/recycles Ag+ ions, ensuring long-lasting antibacterial properties that keep you and your family safe and healthy.
