No refund is allowed. 

Any faulty products or parts will be exchanged or fixed within the 2-year warranty period, excluding improper usage and normal wear and tear. 

Please inspect all products upon completion of assembly. 

All custom-made product design is considered final once the production drawing is confirmed. No change is allowed thereafter.

Dimension errors of +/-10mm due to measurement and manufacturing discrepancies shall be allowed.
