I would like to cancel my order. How do I do that?
Send us an email at info@radd.hk as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to fulfil your request.

DELIVERY and ASSEMBLY 

How much does the shipping cost?
Delivery and Assembly fees are included in the price with a total purchase of HKD2000 or above. For an order less than HKD2000, a surcharge HKD200 will be applied. Shipping cost will be shown at check out.

How quickly will I receive my order?
If a standard product is in stock, it will typically be delivered within 5-15 business days. Please kindly refer to the specific product page for the estimated lead time.

Delivery time for customized products will depend on many factors, but in general be approximately 4-6 weeks. Please contact our office for more details.


What other surcharges may be applied?
- Delivery to Tung Chung and Ma Wan
- Long-distance move due to the delivery truck not being able to enter the main entrance of the delivery address
- Lifting up or down the stairs due to lacking of elevator facilities
- Removal of obstacles during the installation process

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to everywhere in Hong Kong, except outlying islands and restricted areas. 

Checkout

My card was declined. What happened?
Unfortunately, we can’t tell why it was declined on our end, but there are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through. Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system. Your card issuer also may have declined your payment or put a hold on the card for fraud prevention. We recommend calling your card issuer to resolve the issue.

I received an error message while placing an order. Did my order go through?
The good news is that if you see any errors during the checkout process, no orders were processed and no charges were made to your account. Upon a successful checkout, you’ll see an order confirmation page and receive an order confirmation email. Will my card be charged at the time of order or the time of delivery?
Your card will be charged at the time of checkout.

How is my payment processed?
We work with an established payment provider called Shopify Payments. All communication is done via a fully secure connection.

Returns

What is your return policy?
No refund is allowed. Any faulty products or parts will be exchanged or fixed within the 2-year warranty period, excluding improper usage and normal wear and tear. Please refer to our returns policy page.
